We ground ship bacon only on Monday or Tuesdays to make sure it arrives fresh. If you are in these locations I suggest upgrading to 2 or 3 day. CA, OR, WA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT, SD, NE, CO, ME, VT, NH, MA,RI, AK, HI or Puerto Rico
We make our bacon in small batches which take a minimum of 10 days to cure, smoke, and package. This maintains consistency and quality then we ship them in the order received. Sometimes we have as long as a four to six week lead time. Especially during any holiday seasons.
